Doctors Clinic Room 13 San Juan de Dios Educational Foundation, Inc. (Hospital) CLINIC RULES : In compliance to the NEW NORMAL, ALL CLINIC VISITS WILL BRIEF AND BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. The ff. rules will be observed: 1. Clinic appointment schedule will confirmed after a virtual consultation using the NOW SERVING APP on your smart phone. 2. Patients will be equally scheduled. into 3 slots [9-10, 10-11, and 11-12.] A maximum or 3 patients per hour will be allowed. 3. Patients will pass through a triage area to fill up a health declaration form, present their proof of appointment, and have their temperature taken. Pls come 30 min to 1 hour before your schedule. 4.Patients will wait in the designated area for the SMS (Text/Viber) of Marife before they can be allowed to enter. 5. Clinic Visits will be short (5-10 min) and concentrate on physical examination . Patients will however have a supplemental telemedicine consultation before/after. This aims to address issues and concerns of the patient not covered by the clinic visit. 6. Only debilitated patients can have an accompanying person to ensure social distancing; children will not be allowed to enter 7. Online payment of bills (BPI, Metrobank, G cash. ETC) is best settled prior to clinic consultation. 8. Wear a skirt/dress for ease of examination, face shield and face mask; bring bandana/blanket 9. Patient’s with FEVER, COUGH, DIFFICULTY OF BREATHING, AND LBM will ONLY BE SEEN at the EMERGENCY ROOM 10. PHYSICAL DISTANCING WILL BE MAINTAINED AT ALL TIMES AND TALKING IN THE WAITING AREA IS DISCOURAGED ALL THESE REGULATIONS ARE AIMED TO PREVENT THE SPREAD OF COVID19 IN OUR OUT PATIENT CLINIC
